Citizen Relations Management

Within the framework of the "Study of international experience in the field of customs", on March 13, 14 and 17 at the Training Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, a 3-day training "Citizen relations management" and “Soft Skills”  for employees of the Western Customs Department of the State Revenue Committee was held. The training was conducted by strategic consultant and coach Shant Alchyan.

The purpose of the training was to familiarize customs officers with the rules of loyal communication when providing services to citizens.

Course topics included the concept and characteristics of emotional intelligence, the study of body language, and how to maintain professional behavior.
