Silva Mesropyan is a management consultant, trainer, and mentor with more than 18 years of professional experience. She specializes in leadership, strategic management, business and organizational development, project management, as well as digital and green transition.

She is the Executive Director of the Institute of Management Consulting of Armenia (IMC Armenia) and President of the Armenian Circular Economy Coalition and the Innovative Women Entrepreneurship NGO (InWEnt).

She holds international professional certifications, including CMC, PI, and CIRCO, as well as CEFE and OVOP certificates awarded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). She is also an ACSTH-certified coach.

As a trainer and consultant, she has worked in Armenia and internationally, collaborating with public, private, and international organizations.
