Training Course on “Key Performance Indicators (KPI)” for Management Staff in the Tax and Customs System

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a powerful tool that allows evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of any activity.

On January 25, the RA SRC Training Center held a training course on “Key Performance Indicators (KPI)” for management staff working in the tax and customs system.

The course aimed to provide information on the importance of performance evaluation, the methods and processes of assessment, types of KPIs, and sources of relevant data.

The training combined theoretical and practical work, including lectures, visual materials, discussions, case studies, and Q&A sessions.

The course was conducted by Lilit Gevorgyan, Head of HR Advisory Services at Grant Thornton Armenia, who has over 15 years of extensive experience in compensation system design, performance evaluation, and management development, and has trained more than 1,500 participants throughout her career..
