Continuous Cooperation between the RA SRC Training Center and “Rossotrudnichestvo”: 76 Tax Officers Received Graduation Certificates

On August 28, 2025, a ceremonial certificate awarding event for the course “General and Business Russian for Tax Officers” was held at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Yerevan (Russian House in Armenia).

For the third consecutive year, the RA SRC Training Center, in cooperation with “Rossotrudnichestvo”, has been implementing Russian language courses aimed at developing the professional competencies of tax and customs officers.

This time, 76 tax officers from various regions of Armenia, including Kapan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, and other communities, successfully completed the course and received certificates.

During the event, Arusyak Mirzakhanyan, Director of the RA SRC “Training Center”, expressed her gratitude to all partners and participants for their support in the effective organization and implementation of the course. She emphasized the importance of continuous professional education, noting that such initiatives contribute to the development of both linguistic and professional skills of tax and customs officers, ultimately improving the quality of public services. She also mentioned that new educational programs are planned to be launched in the near future.

Vadim Fefilov, Head of Rossotrudnichestvo’s Representative Office in Armenia, highly appreciated the results-driven cooperation with the RA SRC Training Center, highlighting that a memorandum is planned to be signed, which will open new prospects not only for educational but also cultural programs.

Gor Vardanyan, Head of the Educational Programs Development and Management Division of the Training Center, congratulated the participants on their successful completion of the course. He noted that the development of linguistic knowledge is a key factor in increasing the efficiency of tax administration and enhancing communication with taxpayers.

Aigul Shamsutdinova, Coordinator of Projects and Educational Programs at “Rossotrudnichestvo”, mentioned that over the past 3–4 years, more than 400 SRC employees have participated in similar courses, demonstrating the high demand and practical relevance of the program.
