Why Are Some Teams More Effective? KPIs That Really Work

The training course will take place on November 3, 2026 (from 18:30 to 21:00) and November 5, 2026 (from 18:30 to 20:00). Upon completion, a certificate will be awarded by the SRC Training Center, RA.

Many organizations set goals as part of their strategy and even use KPIs, yet these often remain on paper and fail to translate into measurable institutional results. This course presents a comprehensive performance management system, from an organization’s mission and strategic objectives to defining, assessing, and managing individual performance indicators for each employee.

The course is designed for team leaders (senior, middle-level, and other managers), HR professionals (HR managers, consultants, specialists, and others), and strategy and quality assurance professionals (strategic planning, quality management, and project managers).

As a result of the course, participants will:

Gain knowledge of:
• classical and modern approaches to performance management,
• mechanisms for linking strategic objectives with operational performance,
• SMART goals,
• key performance management systems, including MBO, OKR, Balanced Scorecard, and 360° Feedback, and the specifics of their application,
• types of KPIs and KPI development methodologies.

Develop the ability to:
• set departmental and employee goals based on the organization’s strategic objectives,
• define measurable and effective KPIs,
• build a logical KPI system,
• select and adapt the performance management model that best fits the organization’s business processes.

Develop an appropriate mindset by:
• recognizing the role of performance management as a factor in an organization’s long-term success and achievement of strategic objectives,
• adopting a data-driven management mindset,
• viewing KPIs as a tool for achieving strategic objectives and improving organizational effectiveness,
• supporting a performance management culture based on fairness, transparency, objectivity, and continuous feedback.
