Taxpayer's Day

On April 19, the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the Training Center jointly organized a discussion meeting with taxpayers, which was attended by Armen Safaryan, Head of the Department of Tax Inspection-Department for Current Control of Taxpayers of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Lernik Harutyunyan, Head of the Department of Methodology and Administration Procedures of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and Arman Mnatsakanyan, Head of the Legal Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

The purpose of the meeting was to reaffirm the State's commitment to a partnership-based relationship with taxpayers, discuss the issues and challenges raised by participants, and present the planned reforms and upcoming initiatives within the SRC system.

Participants raised a wide range of questions concerning the receipt of notifications, leasing services, VAT crediting, transfer pricing, accounting, micro-enterprise taxation, and other administrative procedures.

SRC representatives answered participants' questions, collected recommendations, presented ongoing and planned reforms in the sector, and congratulated attendees on the occasion of Taxpayer Day, wishing them continued productive cooperation.
