A New Series of Professional Courses Launched Within the Cooperation Between the SRC Training Center and AGBU

Within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between the SRC Training Center of the RA State Revenue Committee and the Armenian General Benevolent Union’s (AGBU) “Learn and Earn Armenia” program, a new series of professional courses has been launched aimed at developing in-demand workforce skills and promoting employment.

As part of the program, the SRC Training Center organizes courses in three highly demanded fields in the Armenian labor market:
• Sales
• Accounting
• Customer Service

The courses are designed to provide participants with fundamental professional knowledge and practical skills that will help them confidently enter the labor market, develop their professional capacities, and increase competitiveness.

Prior to the launch of the courses, an introductory meeting with participants was held, during which the educational process, course content, and upcoming opportunities were presented. The meeting also provided an opportunity for participants to get acquainted, discuss expectations, and shape their visions for future professional development.

The courses are conducted online, with the possibility of in-person meetings as well.

Upon completion of the courses, participants will receive certificates.

The SRC Training Center highly values such partnerships as an effective platform both for providing beneficiaries with practical knowledge and market-oriented skills, and for creating additional opportunities for employers to engage qualified and competitive professionals.

These joint initiatives contribute to expanding educational opportunities and creating new prospects for professional growth for various groups.

The AGBU “Learn and Earn Armenia” program is a workforce development initiative aimed at supporting individuals facing employment challenges through free professional education and practical skills development. The program pays special attention to vulnerable and displaced communities, young people, job seekers, and women returning to the labor market.
