SRC Training Center at Career City Fest 2026

Career City Fest, the largest annual event bringing together leading employers in Armenia, celebrates its 5th anniversary this year under the theme “Five Generations, One Rhythm.”

On April 18–19, the festival brought together leading organizations from various sectors, educational institutions, and young professionals, creating an effective platform for experience exchange, showcasing innovative ideas, and exploring professional development opportunities.

For the first time, the SRC Training Center of the Republic of Armenia also participated in this important event.

During the event, the Training Center team introduced visitors to its educational programs, retraining opportunities, and career development paths within the public sector. Special attention was given to training courses for tax and customs officers, as well as to capacity building in these fields.

An engaging and interactive game organized at the Training Center’s booth became one of the most attractive spots of the festival. It offered participants a unique experience by combining learning, entertainment, and self-discovery. Through the game, visitors identified their strengths and received guidance to make more confident career choices.

The event provided an opportunity to establish direct communication with young people, answer their questions, and present the specifics of public service, emphasizing the importance of continuous education as a foundation for professional success.

Participation in CCF marked an important milestone for the SRC Training Center, aimed at increasing awareness, engaging youth, and fostering a knowledge-based community. The Center continues to actively participate in such platforms, contributing to the development of a competitive and evolving workforce.

Career City Fest 2026 once again proved that when generations, ideas, and opportunities come together, new success stories are created.
