Leadership Formula

The training course will take place on September 22, 2026 (from 18:30 to 21:45). Upon completion, a certificate will be awarded by the SRC Training Center, RA.

In modern management, effective leadership depends not only on professional knowledge and skills (hard skills), but also on the leader’s personality, character, self-awareness, and ability to manage their own behavior (soft skills).

During the course, participants will explore the impact of a leader’s personality and character on management effectiveness, team relationships, and organizational outcomes, as well as the importance of self-knowledge, self-awareness, and self-management in leadership.

The course is designed for anyone who wants to develop leadership capabilities and improve the effectiveness of team and organizational management, particularly managers, team leaders, project coordinators, and professionals involved in management processes.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• assess the impact of a leader’s personality and character on management effectiveness,
• develop self-knowledge and self-awareness skills,
• manage their own behavior, emotions, and responses more effectively,
• understand the connection between Self-Identity and leadership,
• recognize the impact of a leader’s personality on team dynamics and interpersonal relationships,
• apply self-management tools to enhance leadership effectiveness.

The course includes practical assignments, self-reflection exercises, and situational discussions, enabling participants to apply the knowledge and approaches gained in their professional activities.
