Four-Day “Train-the-Trainer” Course

Within the framework of the training programs "Soft Skills" and "Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Measures Aimed at Preventing and Mitigating Corruption Risks for SRC RA Employees", a four-day course entitled "Train-the-Trainer on the Explanatory Guide on the Code of Conduct for Customs Officers" was held at the SRC Training Center from June 19 to 22, for specialist-trainers from SRC subdivisions.

The course was conducted by Ara Ghazaryan, an international law specialist and attorney, who is also the author of the "Explanatory Guide on the Code of Conduct for Customs Officers" handbook, developed within the framework of the "Armenia Integrity" program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the support of the American people.

The course was conducted using interactive and participatory methodology components, including: presentations, in-class and group discussions, practical exercises, case studies, and development of training methodologies by participants, among other activities.
